Crossfit

Monday through Friday @ 5:30 a.m. & 5:15 p.m.

Open Gym for Unlimited Members (Requires reservation) 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Saturday @ 6:30 a.m.

  • Strength and conditioning program using safe functional movements

  • Individual coaching in a group setting

  • Classes are 1 hour long

  • Scaled to athletes abilities and experience level

  • Group classes that are inclusive, diverse & FUN!


Crossfit express

  • Choose any 1/2 hour time block between 12 - 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. or 4:30 p.m.

  • Programmed to get your workout in during your lunch hour / quick but efficient

  • Safe & functional movements

  • Beginner friendly, increase intensity & skill levels at your own pace

KidFit

Thursdays @ 4 p.m.  

  • Kids 5-10 (Kindergarten - 5th Grade)

  • Gives kids a lifelong definition of fitness

  • Encourages healthy nutrition choices

  • Builds shelf confidence and life skills

  • Fun & exciting atmosphere


LEGENDARY FIT

  • 11 a.m. M-F (you choose your days)

  • Programmed specifically for ages 55+

  • Safe & functional movements

  • Work with a coach to perform and scale to your specific level and needs

Explore the quiet practice of Yin Yoga –  a perfect balance to our fast paced Yang lives! Yin Yoga is a meditative, slow paced style of yoga with longer held asanas (poses) and the practice of pranayama (breath work). We gently “stretch” the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, fascia, bones & joints), all while going deep into the mind to settle any unnecessary chatter. Through the release of unwanted tension, we create balance and overall wellbeing in the body, mind and spirit.

Vinyasa yoga is a breath linked movement practice. Each inhale and exhale aligns with a sequence of postures to achieve a continuous flow. The continuous flow of vinyasa reflects the necessity of accepting change in our everyday lives. A way of applying awareness both on and beyond the mat, including our relationships, work, and personal evolution. This 60 minute practice offers modifications for all levels from the beginner to the advanced. Vinyasa yoga starts with finding our breath that then leads into a physically stimulating flow, and ends with a guided meditation.

Slow Flow connects postures to breath with special attention to anatomical alignment supporting the muscular body’s full capacity. Holding each posture 5-8 breaths allowing the body to fully receive the benefits of each movement.
