Step 3: foundations class*

* Foundations is not required with FitExpress memberships

Because we want your CrossFit journey to be safe and fun, Foundations Class (CrossFit 101) is required for anyone new to CrossFit before participating in the regular group classes. Foundations is done in a small group setting with a coach.

We will teach you the basics of functional movements - You’ll receive and in-depth tour of our facility & app - You’ll learn how the classes are structured & do simple WOD - Discuss your 30 day health & nutrition goals with action steps & accountability - Schedule your 30 day check in - Help you modify workouts to fit your experience level & you’ll leave with the confidence to get started in group classes - Welcome you to our CFLD community & introduce you to the coaches and members as available.
